Gaaack...how did Monday get here so fast?

I'm up earlier than normal...got to get to work by 7 so I can take pics of a coworker coming back from vacation to her "altered" cubicle.

I am NOT a fan of early rising anymore. Getting out of bed by 6 or 6:30 has become a real pain these days and I find myself sleeping until 7:30 or 8 on the weekends now.

Today I have to do some light cleaning, (ugghh), laundry (uggh) , run to the post office (uggh), and take wyatt to the dentist for 4:00 (why did they make my appointment at 4:00, traffic when we leave is gonna be horrible... all the way across town.. I will probably not get home til 6:00 or so ) and then cook dinner..

Good morning. I don't like to wake up before seven any more either Donna. I need to go run, I figured out a route now that gets me my three miles and I can keep adding on to get the fourth. Then cardio class and tonight Vacation Bible School. I think it is going to be really fun this year.

I am a Monday hater here too. They always come around too fast.

Work has not started off well - hoping some of these bumps work themselves out quickly!

Morning. Dang, the weekend went by super fast.

I got so much done outside though, my yard feels better to look at I got rid of the plastic playhouse that G refused to play in because there were Spiders in it his little picnic table that he has outgrown and his sandbox that he's played in maybe 10 times since he got it for his 1st b.day... then Joe helped me move the swing set back so it's not in the middle of the yard. Plus I mowed that alone is a 1 hour job

morning. working on a layout. no running around today for me. my plan is to do some housecleaning today. as soon as sam is out of bed, though. THEN i'll get my butt away from my scrap desk and work.

sam ate dinner last night...first real thing she ate in almost 48 hours. so far she's okay. she didn't come wake me up to tell me she fouled up the bathroom, anyway. and the garbage can didn't sleep in her room last night.

I'm glad that she's feeling better

I have had some more contrations this morning so it looks like a do nothing day.

I forgot to tell you all that I have managed to hurt myself. My knee is swollen up and horribly painful. I can hardly stand to walk. And I have no idea what I did. Maybe it was at Tiggers 4th of July party - maybe it was crawling across the bed to hit the snooze alarm last thursday. All I know is that I woke up with the Knee of a 100-year-old woman. And it sucks. The pain is horrific!

And to add to my bummer of a life right now...I went and got my glasses fixed and while they were fixing them - they broke off a big piece of my lens. So now I have the bridge/nose piece back in place, but a have a huge chunk missing from the glass.

Could I just fast forward my life about two weeks and get things back to normal please!

They are replacing it. But they had to special order it (of course) They are only charging me "cost" for it. Mighty big of them, huh? But I was in no mood to argue.

I was already fuming because they didnt' tell me they broke it. They put them on my face charged me $75+ dollars for the part they replaced and set me out the door. It wasn't until I looked in the mirror that I realized a chunk at the top was missing. So I drove back over there and pitched a fit! But I wasn't up for a stressful arguement - considering no matter what the outcome - I still had broken glasses.

It is definately making me reconsider if I want to be a long-term patient of theirs. I love my eye doctor - but I am not so sure about the whole "retail" side of their business.

I like my eye doctor, but not his 'retail' staff - I get my prescription from him and go across town to his competition who I like to buy my stuff from! I make sure every time he knows where I'm going and why.

I need to make an eye doctor's appointment this week. I think my vision has changed. Is it possible that after my hysterectomy my vision changed? cuz that's when it happened.. a month after my eyes started hurting when I wear my glasses.. and I can't see anything with my contacts in...

Pregnancy hormones can change you vision, so it might have happened.

i was just cuious.. something has changed with my vision. I am keeping a headache, and I can't read my iphone with my glasses on.. at all..
