 Can I get some good thoughts? Got that dreaded 2:30am call... MIL broke her leg, was able to crawl to the phone and call 911.
SIL called us - they will need to do surgery, but we don't have details until her orthopedist sees her this morning...
She's had that hip replaced twice, and a knee replacement, and a titanium rod in the thigh bone - it shattered under the rod, above the knee. Osteoporosis.
So good thoughts for MIL would be appreciated, and if you could tack on some selfish good thoughts for me, that I don't kill my SIL.

Re: Can I get some good thoughts? she came thru the surgery fine, took about 3 hours. 2 plates, pins, wires and artificial bone cement...
2 - 3 days in the hospital, then 2-4 weeks in rehab. We're heading out in a little while.
